Leading installation and maintenance of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, steam distribution, and refrigeration equipment in commercial facilities is an extended service Tower Engineering offers as site implementation engineers. Our work detail includes installation of compressors, evaporators, motors, ducts, and piping as well as mechanical/electrical controls for modern site monitoring and test cycle management.
Tower Engineering will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on bearings, pumps, polyphase motors, shaft alignments and fans while making appropriate site document and management equipment records.
We troubleshoot breakdowns and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems and components; utilize measuring and testing instruments and implement remote monitoring and test systems for active site management for commercial sites.
